CHARGES FOR ST MARGARET'S HALL, BRADFORD ON AVON

£100 (3 hours) + £28 for each extra hour

SURCHARGE OF 60% FOR BOOKINGS ON BANK HOLIDAYS AND NEW YEAR'S EVE

A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the hire fee is payable at the time of booking, and the balance must be paid two weeks before the event

When a cancellation of a booking is received in writing, a refund (less deposit) will be made as follows:
a) Up to 28 days in advance Full refund
b) 27 - 21 days in advance 75% refund
c) 20 - 14 days in advance 50% refund
d) 13 - 7 days in advance 15% refund
e) 6 days before due date No refund
Please note that the deposit is non refundable

DEFINITIONS

Business rate: For all companies - for meetings, seminars, conferences, trade fairs or where there is personal monetary gain from the hire.

Standard rate: Applies to all one-off hires, eg weddings receptions, dances, dinners, receptions, fund-raising events, bazaars, etc.

Concessionary rate: Applies to all LOCAL Non Profit-Making Non Fund-Raising groups and voluntary groups from the town using the venue for meetings, gatherings, etc where funds are not being directly raised.
